First Album for Donald Loignon

Donald Loignon is a Georgian guitarist who has been playing for 17 years and has been working on the composition of this album since 1995. He collaborated with Maxime Veilleux, Jean Bolduc, and Marc Poirier. The production of the album was entrusted to Studio Séquence in Quebec City, but Donald oversaw the project from start to finish. The album features twelve tracks ranging from blues to rock and will be available in major music stores in the region and across Quebec.

Thanks to a grant for professional artists from the Quebec Arts and Letters Council, Donald Loignon was able to fulfill a long-standing dream: to produce an album of his instrumental compositions. Titled “Master of Your Destiny”, the album will be launched on Sunday, April 6, starting at 7:30 PM at Bar Campus. For the occasion, Donald and his band will perform some of the tracks from this CD.
